COACH’S MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to coach our players to the best of our abilities…period!  Build a cohesive brotherhood amongst our team that reflects self- confidence, unity and pride.  Hold ourselves accountable both on and off the field by carrying ourselves with integrity and respect for our community and the team.  We will never give up!  We will allow our players to develop their talents at their rate of adaption.  We will prepare to win, coach to win, as a result we will win.
Every player will play.  We will accomplish this by using multiple formations, personnel groups and substitutions. We will coach as a unit, execute as a unit and play as a team….every player, with the same heart beat.  “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts”

EXPECTATION OF PARENTS
Believe in your coach’s.  Trust that the best interest of the team and your player is in mind…always.  Never react emotionally to situations that are beyond the coach’s control and your control.  Never confront another parent, coach or opponent in front of any players or the team.  Any issues should be brought up to the head coach only and the issue will be disseminated to the appropriate person.  Understand that each coach is a volunteer and is committing to your player, you and the team.  Please make that same commitment.
